There are 4 different training typologies:

1. Basic course
We run a basic course that teach to defend yourself against the 30th most common street attacks. The course runs for 10 weeks, once a week. We start at 18.00 hours till 19.15. Every Monday and Wednesday for women and every Thursday for men. We also offer childrens lessons. They are on Saturday from 09.00 till 10.00 and on Wednesday from 16.00 till 17.00. This is an open course. So children learns about respect. This course is for children from 4 till 14.

2. Advanced course
During this course people learn more about (thai)boxing, stick and knife fights. Further we explore grappling under the system of John Machado and grappling for self-defense. The classes start for women on Monday and Wednesday at 19.15 till 20.30. For men we have classes on Thursday at the same time.

3. Instructors Courses
Our courses are recognized from the International Kapap Federation.
Should you be interested in attending these Instructors Courses, applications for admission may be send by e-mail or surface mail to address beneath. We attempt to give these classes once a year, however there are more classes in the US and Europe during the year.

3. Specific Courses for Law Enforcement & Military
This course is ONLY accessible to law enforcement & military. We teach at your location. This is a special course. If you want to organize this, than feel free to contact us. We can provide one day classes or a full week. We have many topics that we can teach. For example gun and knife disarming. Of course we can give a demonstration first.
